You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit, which has no expiration date. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Kindly note that the refunded store credit will reflect the amount paid for in your invoice. Any excess amount (higher priced item and/or shipping fee) that is required to be paid when you make an exchange or future purchase will be borne by you.
You can expect to receive your credit refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes to process your refund request (1-2 business days).

At present, customers are expected to bear the cost of the return. We highly recommend that customers use registered/tracked mail and a trusted courier, as we will not be held responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged upon return.
Customers in Klang Valley may alternatively opt to drop off their returns in-person at the address above instead.
Kindly note that you have 14 days from receipt of your package to make a return claim and have the items delivered back to us. We reserve the right to reject your return if labels/tags are torn off and/or the item(s) are damaged. Items have to be in their original condition and packaging as well as unworn and unwashed. Returns are strictly not allowed for lingerie and swimwear.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The estimated weight-based rate can be found at checkout. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
Malaysia orders will be fulfilled by Ninja Van or Pos Malaysia and will take an estimate of 1-5 business days. Shipping is free for Malaysia orders above RM150. Otherwise, we charge a fee of RM5-15 depending on your courier choice and the weight of your shipment. The rate can be found at the checkout page.
Singapore orders will be fulfilled by Ninja Van or FedEx and will take an estimate of 2-6 business days depending on your courier choice. Shipping is free for Singapore orders above RM280. Rates depend on the weight of your shipment and can be found at the checkout page.
ASEAN orders (ex-Singapore) will be fulfilled by GD Express or FedEx and will take an estimate of 3-7 business days depending on your courier choice and location. Shipping is free to all ASEAN countries for orders above RM500. Rates depend on the weight of your shipment and can be found at the checkout page.
All other orders will be fulfilled by FedEx according to the prevailing rates and time frame estimates at the checkout page.
