Where do you ship to?
We ship to virtually anywhere in the world! Of course, exceptions do apply to countries where our shipping couriers don’t have access to.

What courier provider do you use?

  • Malaysia orders: Ninja Van or Pos Malaysia
  • Singapore orders: Ninja Van or FedEx
  • ASEAN (ex-SG) orders: GD Express or FedEx
  • All other orders: FedEx

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

  • Malaysia orders: 1-5 business days* 
  • Singapore orders: 2-6 business days*
  • ASEAN orders: 3-7 business days*
  • All other orders: 3-10 business days*

*Kindly note that these are just estimates and may vary depending on the courier, shipment destination, holidays and/or service disruptions.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Malaysia orders:
    • Free above RM150
    • RM5-15 depending on shipment weight, which can be found at checkout
  • ASEAN orders:
    • Singapore - Free above RM280
    • All other ASEAN - Free above RM350
    • Depends on shipment weight, which can be found at checkout
  • All other orders:
    • Depends on shipment weight, which can be found at checkout

How do I make a return?
To submit a return, you simply need to log in to your account and submit a return request. Following that, you will need to mail out your returned item(s) to the below address:

We highly recommend using registered/tracked mail and a trusted courier, as we will not be held responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged upon return. All postal fees and taxes shall be borne by you.

Customers in Malaysia may alternatively opt to drop off their returns in-person at the address above instead. 

Kindly note that you have 14 days from receipt of your package to make a return claim and have the items delivered back to us. We reserve the right to reject your return if labels/tags are torn off and/or the item(s) are damaged. Items have to be in their original condition and packaging as well as unworn and unwashed. Returns are strictly not allowed for lingerie and swimwear.

Returns will be in the form of store credit that has no expiration date. 

How long will it take for my store credit refund to be processed?
Please give us 1-2 business days upon receipt of the returned package to inspect your returned item(s). Following that and upon a satisfactory assessment of the item(s), you can expect your store credit to be reflected in your account in 1-2 business days.

Kindly note that you will not be refunded for any shipping fees or taxes incurred (if applicable). However, you may be able to recover the taxes paid by contacting your local customs bureau or hiring a customs broker.

Are exchanges allowed?
At present, exchanges are not an enabled feature yet. However, you may use the refunded store credit to purchase the same item in a different size/colour (if available) or use it to purchase another item altogether.

There is no expiration to the refunded store credits.

Will I be charged tax on my package?
We currently do not charge taxes on the products sold on our website. However, depending on your delivery location and package value, you may be subject to taxes from your local customs authorities. If that is the case, you will be expected to bear the taxes incurred.

Can I cancel my order?
Once payment is made, you may not cancel your order.

Can I combine my orders to save on shipping?
Depending on how soon you inform us, we may be able to accommodate this. Kindly email us at and we’ll see what we can do!

Where are your products from?
Our products are carefully curated and selected from brands in Southeast Asia. We currently stock products from Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines, with more to come in our pipeline!

How often will you have new arrivals?
As we only stock brands that produce in smaller batches and are not subscribers to fast fashion, we do not have a set timeline or schedule for new arrivals. We will only source as and when the need arises as well as when both supply and demand align close enough to avoid any unnecessary wastage. 

However, we will always try out best to consistently bring new and better brands/products on board as sustainably as we possibly can. To know when we’ll have new arrivals, your best bet is to follow us @marimari__official!

Will there be restocks for sold out products?
Restocks will be subject to demand from customers and dependent on the brands we carry. Drop us a note at or @marimari__official if there is a product you really want to see restocked and we’ll see what we can do about it!

Can I pay in my local currency?
Only the prices displayed will be in your local currency. You will still be expected to pay and settle in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
